Objective: To transform a massive, public digital footprint at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) into an engaging, accessible platform for external global audiences. The project aimed to systematically transition thousands of public web pages to a Drupal content management system (CMS), ensuring full compliance with federal accessibility standards (Section 508) while optimizing external communication channels.

My Role: As part of the web management team, I collaborated with web managers, individual bureaus, independent offices, and the Chief Information Officer (CIO) design and development divisions to drive clarity and user engagement in web development projects.
